We get it - sometimes you just need to speak to an expert - someone who can help you with the tech-side or report unexpected behaviour.

These bundles below describe the different ways of engaging with RMS.  What these packages are NOT for are questions on "how do I best do a Landing Page that works" - that is a deeper conversation and one which really is best suited to an RMS Consultant on a CI Day [see here for more details].

Options

No support?

Most RMS Agency instances of Marketo (if we invoice you for your license) are unlikely to include any support options. The first three months of implementation means that we are around a lot and can help you. But what happens as RMS pulls back post-implementation? There are LOTS of options >>see here<< for support and guidance. But if all you want is tech support - read on.

Most Marketo instances (if Marketo invoices you) come with on-line email support from the Marketo ANZ team in Sydney.  The support experience can be a frustrating one - especially when you're trying to debug a "Marketo <> 'other system' error" across many tools in your MarTech stack.
